Welcome to the "LingoLens" app developed by AcquiLearning Research Sole Proprietorship (SP). We thank you for using our app. We place great importance on protecting user privacy, and thus, we present this policy to clarify how we handle data, device permissions, third-party services, and the methods we use to secure your information.

Information We Collect & Device Permissions

To provide the core Augmented Reality (AR) and gamified learning experience, LingoLens requires specific device permissions and collects data as follows:

• Camera & Microphone Access: We request access to your device's camera for real-time text recognition (OCR) and your microphone for phonetic speech evaluation.

• On-Device Processing: LingoLens utilizes on-device Artificial Intelligence to process your camera feed and voice inputs. No images, video feeds, or voice recordings are ever stored on our servers or sent to the cloud. All media processing happens locally on your device in real-time.

• Account Data & Cloud Sync: To allow you to save your progress and access it across multiple devices, we require you to create an account using your email address. We securely synchronize your core progression data (such as XP, stage progression, and captured vocabulary) with our cloud servers. We do not collect or store any financial data; all subscriptions and purchases are managed directly through Google Play Billing.

Use of Information

• Core Experience: We use the permissions and information we collect strictly to provide the AR gamified language learning experience, evaluate pronunciation accuracy, and track your progression through our scientific framework.

• Advertising & Third-Party Services: To ensure the app remains accessible, we utilize third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob). These services may collect and use your device's Advertising ID and IP address to serve advertisements and analyze ad interactions. We do not share your personal learning progression or pronunciation data with these advertising partners.

Information Security

We take strict security measures to protect the information you provide. Because your camera feeds and voice inputs are processed locally on your personal device, that sensitive media is fundamentally protected by design. Any progression data synchronized to our cloud servers is securely encrypted in transit and at rest.

Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the app's settings menu. Upon processing the request, all your personal data and progression history will be permanently erased from our servers.

Consent Revocation for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to revoke your consent for personalized advertising and data processing at any time. To change your preferences or withdraw consent, please open the LingoLens application, navigate to the Settings menu, and tap Privacy Options to manage your consent settings.

مرحبًا بكم في تطبيق "لينجو لينس" المُطوَّر من قبل "مؤسسة أكويليرنينج للأبحاث". نشكركم على استخدام تطبيقنا. نحن نولي أهمية قصوى لحماية خصوصية المستخدم، ولذلك نقدم هذه السياسة لتوضيح كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات، وأذونات الجهاز، والخدمات التابعة لأطراف ثالثة، والأساليب التي نتبعها لحماية معلوماتك.

المعلومات التي نجمعها وأذونات الجهاز

لتقديم تجربة التعلم التفاعلية القائمة على الواقع المعزز، يتطلب "لينجو لينس" أذونات محددة من الجهاز ويقوم بجمع البيانات على النحو التالي:

• الوصول إلى الكاميرا والميكروفون: نطلب الوصول إلى كاميرا جهازك للتعرف الفوري على النصوص بصرياً، وإلى الميكروفون لتقييم دقة النطق الصوتي.

• المعالجة الداخلية على الجهاز: يستخدم "لينجو لينس" تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المدمجة في الجهاز لمعالجة بث الكاميرا والمدخلات الصوتية. لا يتم مطلقاً تخزين أي صور أو مقاطع فيديو أو تسجيلات صوتية على خوادمنا أو إرسالها إلى التخزين السحابي. تتم جميع عمليات معالجة الوسائط محلياً على جهازك في الوقت الفعلي.

• بيانات الحساب والمزامنة السحابية: لتمكينك من حفظ تقدمك والوصول إليه عبر أجهزة متعددة، نطلب منك إنشاء حساب باستخدام عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني. نقوم بمزامنة بيانات تقدمك الأساسية (مثل نقاط الخبرة، واجتياز المراحل، والمفردات المكتسبة) بشكل آمن مع خوادمنا السحابية. نحن لا نجمع أو نخزن أي بيانات مالية؛ حيث تتم إدارة جميع الاشتراكات والمشتريات مباشرة عبر نظام الفوترة الخاص بـ Google Play.

استخدام المعلومات

• التجربة الأساسية: نستخدم الأذونات والمعلومات التي نجمعها حصريًا لتقديم تجربة تعلم اللغة التفاعلية عبر الواقع المعزز، وتقييم دقة النطق، وتتبع تقدمك ضمن إطار عملنا العلمي المعتمد.
  
  

• الإعلانات والخدمات التابعة لأطراف ثالثة: لضمان استمرارية تقديم التطبيق وإتاحته للمستخدمين، نستخدم خدمات إعلانية تابعة لأطراف ثالثة (مثل Google AdMob). قد تقوم هذه الخدمات بجمع واستخدام معرّفات الإعلانات الخاصة بجهازك (Advertising ID) وعنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP) لتقديم إعلانات مخصصة وتحليل التفاعلات. نحن لا نشارك أي بيانات متعلقة بتقدمك في التعلم أو نطقك مع هؤلاء الشركاء الإعلانيين.

أمن المعلومات

نحن نتخذ إجراءات أمنية صارمة لحماية المعلومات التي تقدمها. ولأن بث الكاميرا والمدخلات الصوتية تُعالج محليًا على جهازك الشخصي، فإن خصوصية هذه الوسائط الحساسة محمية بشكل جذري من خلال التصميم التقني. يتم تشفير أي بيانات تقدم يتم مزامنتها مع خوادمنا السحابية بشكل آمن أثناء النقل وفي وقت التخزين.

حذف الحساب والبيانات

يحق لك في أي وقت القيام بحذف حسابك وكافة البيانات المرتبطة به. يمكنك القيام بذلك مباشرة من خلال قائمة الإعدادات داخل التطبيق. بمجرد معالجة الطلب، سيتم محو جميع بياناتك الشخصية وسجل تقدمك من خوادمنا بشكل نهائي.

سحب الموافقة للمستخدمين في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا

إذا كنت مقيماً في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية (EEA) أو المملكة المتحدة أو سويسرا، فلديك الحق في سحب موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصصة ومعالجة البيانات في أي وقت. لتغيير تفضيلاتك أو سحب الموافقة، يرجى فتح تطبيق "لينجو لينس" (LingoLens)، والانتقال إلى قائمة الإعدادات (Settings)، ثم الضغط على خيارات الخصوصية (Privacy Options) لإدارة إعدادات الموافقة الخاصة بك.
